*relaxing with mister & mother in-law*
finally, i'm back to singapore today. chinese new year's holiday ended in a blink of eyes and now all i need is sleep, sleep and sleep.this year i celebrated chinese new year with mister's families and both of us tried our best to spend as much time with mister's mum before we returned to singapore. glad that we did and his mum aka my mother in-law is happy and satisfied. and now i'm missing my own parents and siblings a lots!!
for the week, i'm thankful for:
-mister's cousin. she borrowed her car for us and with the car, we can drove everywhere we like.we even managed to bring my mother in-law out for breakfast at dim sum's restaurant and dinner at chinese. she had her smile on her face all day long..
-mother in law. whenever i was at her place, she provided the best for me. she changed clean duvet for us before we reached home so that we had good sleep. she cooked meals for us and this year, she even bought 2 pieces new blouses for me (although the blouses are not my cup of tea) i still appreciated what she did for me..i quite lucky :)
-smooth traffic on our way home from holidays. though we spent almost 9 hours in bus express (which normally we only used 5 hours to reach singapore) i felt blessed that we were able to reach safely.
-meeting up with shannice, my bff's daughter. shannice grew up a lots..i think every kids grew up faster than expected.i met her once in 6 months, and in every meeting i realized there was some different in shannice. this time, she grew taller. will post her photos in another post.
-families. families are the reason for me to stay stronger and motivated in walking through my path..i miss my families the most especially during chinese new year's celebrations.i miss my dad, mum, and siblings a lots. i hope to see them soon..going to plan my next vacation to see them :)
do you have a lists too?let's us be thankful..even to the littlest and simplest things.
happy chinese new year!
