how long did you stare on your computer daily? i worked and stared on my computer more than 8 hours daily and looking at my iphone/ipad almost 2 hours daily..with this hectic and busy life, i always tend to have tired eyes and accumulated really dark eyes circle..but i did found that exercise help me little bit and helps to balance back my life..

recently i had being introduced to try megrhythm steam eye mask. this is a self-warming steam eye mask to relieve and relax tired eyes.megrhythm steam eye mask is available in 4 variants..
1) unscented-destress, relaxes and brightens up tired eyes in just 10 minutes
 2) lavender-calms and relaxes your senses
3) chamomile-ginger calms and releases stress
 4) fresh rose-soothes and brightens your mood

i, myself did tried out the lavender and once i put the mask on my eyes, it gradually heated up to a comfortable 40 degrees. the steam produces by the heats heated and moistened up my eyes..while i still can smell the lavender aroma..firstly i thought that the heats might be too much for eyes, but after tried out the heats was perfect for eyes area and felt relaxed too.
i did little experience on the steam eye mask too.i took a small glass and covered on the mask and you can see the heats had being released from the mask on the second picture.
